Welcome to Stocklibrary.ai, a fully AI-powered stock photography website that enables users to produce hyper-realistic stock photos. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, found at Stocklibrary.ai/privacy-policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

To access certain features of our website, you must register and provide certain information, including your name, email address, and a password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated.
3.1 For Free Users:
You are granted limited rights to use content for websites and applications only. Redistribution or commercial use beyond these limits is strictly prohibited.
3.2 For Paid Users:
You obtain full rights to use the content on websites, applications, online advertisements, and out-of-home advertising, including billboards and TV.
Users may upload their own faces for AI-generated photos. Explicit material or use of another person's face without permission is strictly prohibited. We disclaim any liability for deepfakes or misuse of our platform.
All images downloaded from Stocklibrary.ai are granted on a royalty-free basis. Users have full rights to these images, subject to the terms of their specific subscription.
Stocklibrary.ai does not control the AI-generated content. All content is fictional and any resemblance to real persons, places, or events is coincidental. We disclaim liability for inaccuracies, errors, or unavailability of the website.
Stocklibrary.ai reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms & Conditions, without refund.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), in accordance with its rules.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Stocklibrary.ai reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12.1 General Refund Terms
At Stocklibrary.ai, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our services. Users may request a refund for any unused credits, subject to the terms outlined below.
12.2 Calculation of Refund
If a user decides to request a refund, we will calculate the refund amount based on the unused credits. For example, if a user purchases a $19 plan, which entitles them to 10 credits, and they use 5 credits before requesting a refund, we will refund half of the purchase price, equating to $9.5. This amount is then subject to Stripe transaction fees (2.9% + $0.30), resulting in a final refund of approximately $8.92.
12.3 Exclusion for Lifetime Deal Users
The refund policy as described does not apply to users who have purchased any lifetime deals offered by Stocklibrary.ai. Purchases made under lifetime deal terms are final and not eligible for refunds.
12.4 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, users must contact our support team with their account details and the reason for the refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Stocklibrary.ai reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the refund request before processing it.
12.5 Processing of Refunds
Upon approval of a refund request, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Users will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
